KILBIRNIE RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

From an old dancing hall to a fully renovated residential property in Kilbirnie, Wellington. We completely gutted this property, leaving only the floor. We then added a 5-meter extension and installed new frames and trusses to create a four-bedroom home with double-glazed windows and corrugated iron cladding. Additionally, we installed a small front deck, exposed aggregate driveway, and built a new fence complete with an electric gate.
