This Miramar home was set to have new aluminium double-glazed windows installed in the bedrooms; however, as we pulled the old windows out, we found rotten framing and lintels. As a result, we replaced all the rotten framing with new weatherboards and then proceeded to install the new windows. At the back of the property, we replaced the original back door with a large French door with rimu reveals that opens up to the new kwila deck we installed.
